CMBHS Workspaces

GENERAL INFORMATION

This section of the Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) Help will provide you with information about the Workspaces assigned to CMBHS users.

WHAT IS A WORKSPACE ?

A Workspace is your CMBHS home page. All staff within your organization that perform the same or similar functions will have the same type of Workspace.

Your Workspace is set up to make it easy for you to get to the CMBHS functions that you use the most frequently and the information that you need quickly to provide quality services to clients and to improve the accuracy of data you enter into CMBHS.

Note:

Each staff person with an account in CMBHS will have their own Workspace.
Staff should not share Workspaces or have access to the Workspaces of others.

On the client Workspace page you can;

View important information about the client in the Flags and in the At A Glance windows sections.
Access the documents in the client’s health record using the tabs at the bottom of the page.
