(RSS) Reports |
CMBHS is
releasing two new Business Objects reports for use by RSS providers, HHSC
staff and our contracted University of Texas partners. 1. RSS
Client Status Notes Report: This report pulls all Client Status Notes for one RSS client, whether
the Status Notes were documented within an Open Case/Close Case or before or
after the Open Case/Close Case. The key data fields
are: Location,
Open & Close Case Dates, Enrollment Date, RSS Status Note #, RSS Status
Note Date, Clients Long-term Recovery Coaching Status, Most Recent Date of Coaching,
Client still active in their own recovery?, # of times coach met with client
in person in last 30 days, # of times coach met with the client by phone or
internet in the last 30 days, and several other fields. 2.
RSS
Active Participants Overview - Enrollment Report: This
report displays the enrollment information for active RSS participants. The key data fields are: Organization, Location, Client Number, Client Name, Age, Gender, Race, Ethnicity,
Date of Birth, Funding Source, Enrollment Date, Close Case Date, Primary
Substance, Secondary Substance, Tertiary Substance, Living Situation in the
past 30 days, If Housed, where?, Under Legal Supervision? (Y/N), Type of
supervision and Employment Status. User Instructions ·
Familiarity
with the SAP Business Objects software is recommended to successfully use the
CMBHS Reports function. ·
To access these new reports, your CMBHS account
must include the RSS Report role at all the RSS locations you want to access.

Log
into CMBHS; from the top menu select Data
and then select Reports. ·
From
the list of report groups, select RSS
Reports and then the report you want to use. |

CMBHS has previous allowed limited special characters in the name of organization and location Name is not allowing special characters |

Multi-Client Psychoeducational
Progress Note |
An
issue where newly admitted client’s names were not displaying in the Multi-Client
Psychoeducational Progress Note on the first day of their admission to a
facility, has been corrected. A user can now complete a Multi-Client
Psychoeducational Progress Note for a client on every day they receive
service. |

CMBHS Report – Assessments Substance
Use (SU) |
The
Assessments – SU Report
in the CMBHS Client Reports group, has been expanded to display all
clients with substance use assessments at a selected location, including
those clients who have not been formally admitted for services admission. Previously, this report included only clients at the selected location that were admitted and a completed assessment. Now it includes clients that have not been admitted but that have an assessment, in any status. |
