SUD Priority Population Calculator
in the SUD Assessments and Detoxification Assessment |
A problem with the F15 diagnostic
codes for stimulants has been corrected so that the substance use disorder
(SUD) priority population calculator in the SUD Assessment and
Detoxification Assessment is now calculating correctly. The SUD priority population calculator
now recognizes clients with an F15 diagnostic code and a description that includes
only amphetamines, as qualifying
for the priority population calculator. The F15 diagnostic codes that are
for caffeine use only and those
that include both amphetamines and caffeine, do not qualify for the priority
population calculator. This is not a change and returns
the SUD calculator to its prior functioning. |

MH Uniform Assessment Data Exchange
Process (Batch) - Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Terms of Use (TOU) |
The CMBHS data exchange process (batch)
for the Adult Mental Health Uniform Assessment (ANSA) has not been ensuring
that when the LTSS Terms of Use field is required, that the data is included in
the same way as the validation works when the data is entered online. This validation has been added to the
CMBHS batch process. Please ensure this data is included in your batch for
Adult MH UA (ANSA). For the Child MH UA (CANS) the "LTSS
Terms of Use Signed? Yes or No validation has been working for online and
batch so we have made no change to it. |

MH Diagnoses Batched to
CMBHS |
Several
LMHAs identified mental health diagnoses they submitted that were not
displaying in CMBHS. Included were diagnoses batched to both CMBHS and CARE.
HHSC determined why the diagnoses were not being processed by CMBHS and a fix
has been deployed. All diagnoses that were not processed have now been
processed. Resubmission or other action by the LMHAs is not needed. Prior
to our deployment of the fix, some LMHAs manually entered their diagnoses
into CMBHS. When the reprocessing took place, the manually entered diagnoses
generated a duplicate diagnosis error. The daily reports will reflect these
duplicate errors. LMHAs do not need to take any action on these duplicate
errors. |
