DSHS has changed the roles that can access the Development Documentation and Supporting Materials page, located under Provider Tools on the Administrative toolbar.

Why is access being changed?

CMBHS roles that can access the page is being limited because new IT documents are not being added and the addition of HHSC data system security access forms requires that access be limited.

Who can access the page now?

CMBHS users with the role of Security Administrator, User Administrator, or BHO Administrator.

What is available on the Development Documentation and Supporting Materials page now?

The previous content is still available on the page. The HHSC Forms below have been added.

Who needs to use the HHSC forms?

They are used primarily by local mental health authorities. If your contract does not require that you access an HHSC datasystem you do not need to use these forms.
