DESCRIPTION
The Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) system provides the user ability to document a wide array of medication-related services documentation. Whether your program provides medications directly to clients, prescribes medications, or you are only interested in documenting and viewing a client’s medication history, you can use CMBHS to keep clear, concise medication records.
The full medication related functionality of CMBHS is being deployed over a series of releases and the current release of CMBHS does not include warnings about allergic or adverse drug reactions, drug interactions, duplications or inappropriate dosing.
The CMBHS system is not designed to substitute for the clinical judgment of a licensed professional. It is critical to client safety that a licensed professional verify the accuracy and safety of all medication orders, checking for drug allergies, interactions, therapeutic duplications, and appropriate dosing.
