REPORTS
As CMBHS Reports are still under development, this section of the Help provides only information about the reports that are currently available. It will be updated as new reports come online.
There are six categories of reports currently in CMBHS. CLICK ON a Report Type below for more detailed information about the reports in that group.
- Client Reports – These reports include the Active Client Census by Length of Stay Report, Active Clients Not Receiving Services Report, Client Admission/Discharge Status, Clients by Primary Counselor, Client Movement Through Continuum of Care, Clients Requiring Follow-Up, and the Provider/Locations by Services Offered Report.
- Demographic Reports – The only report currently in this group is the Client Demographic Summary.
- Management Reports – Includes reports such as Authorized Units Remaining, Discharge Referral Summary, and Individual Counselor Activity.
- Billing Reports – The billing reports currently available in CMBHS include a Submitted Claims Detail Report, Pending Claims Detail Report, Claims Report by Month (Submitted Claims), Claims Report by Month (Voucher ID), Pending Claims Detail Report, and Voucher Claim Detail Report.
- Dashboard Reports – No reports currently available.
- CDS Reports – No reports currently available.
